[It didn't take long to discover that Athrun enjoyed tinkering around with mechanical objects. And it also didn't take much convincing to get Athrun to show off his workshop.

Which is why they were walking into the basement of Athrun's house. Once at the bottom of the stairs, Athrun flicked on a light, illuminating a desk with overhead lamp, a workbench, all sorts of tools basic and advanced, and several piles of spare parts and circuitboards.]

She lowers the temperature on the stove, eventually turning it off, and moves her fried noodles to another burner before hopping off the stool and going to investigate. It's been so long since she heard that voice that she knows it is likely that she is hallucinating. ]

Gohan? [ She approaches a window and peers out, speechless when she sees that she was right. ] M-mi? [ Then rushes to open the door. ]
